Richard Osmond has over 25 years of experience in the mining sector including experience with INCO (VBNC), Falconbridge and Anglo American. He was involved in exploration discoveries at Vale's Voisey's Bay deposit and Glencore's Raglan mine. He was later hired as a senior technical leader with Anglo American responsible for North America and Europe focused on Ni exploration in northern Canada, Alaska and Scandinavia as well as IOCG and porphyry Cu-Mo exploration in Mexico and Alaska. Since 2007, he has also worked on management teams for several junior mining companies focused on porphyry Cu-Mo (Au) and epithermal Au systems in Latin America.
Manuel Montoya

Manuel Montoya has over 36 years of experience in the mining and oil and gas industry. He started working as a Mining Exploration Geologist and Senior Geologist with the Peruvian Geological Survey. Subsequently, he spent 14 years working in the Petroleum Industry in Peru as a Senior Exploration and Production Geologist for all Peruvian oil operations and later as a consultant. Over the last 17 years, he has been involved in the mining industry as a Chief Geologist for Cominco Peru, Chief Geologist of the Andes Exploration Group in South America for Teck Cominco and recently as a Principal Geologist of the Andes Exploration Group for Teck. He has worked on a diverse group of projects that includes Porphyries, Epithermals, CRD-Skarns, MVT’s, VMS’s, Sedex, Orogenics and IOCG’s, etc. He was responsible for the Zafranal Cu-Au porphyry discovery in Southern Peru for Teck. During the past 6 years, he has been involved in project generation, strategic planning, evaluations and recommendations for Teck throughout South America (Peru, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and Colombia).

Clinton Barr is a qualified Professional Geoscientist with over 20 years experience in the mining sector. From 1989-2001 Clinton worked for major companies Noranda and Inco as a project geologist generating and evaluating base and precious metal opportunities throughout Canada and Turkey. During his tenure with Noranda he was personally involved in the discovery of five new base metal deposits. Since 2001 Clinton worked as a project and consultant geologist for such companies as North American Palladium Ltd., Metalex Ventures Ltd., and Big Red Diamond Corporation. Presently, Clinton is the VP Exploration for Benton Resources Corp.

Patrick Elliott

Mr. Elliott has over 17 years experience in mineral exploration and resource sector finance and marketing experience. He is an accomplished economic geologist with a BSc. in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, a MSc. in Mineral Economics and an MBA in Finance from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia.
Mr. Elliott is currently a director of Element 29 Resources (TSX-V: ECU), President and CEO of Lexore Capital Corp., a private resource investment company and VP Corp Dev and Strategy at Globetrotters Resources Group, a private Peruvian copper company.
Mr. Elliott has over 10 years of professional experience in mineral exploration working extensively throughout North and South America as well as the Former Soviet Union for several reputable junior miners. Prior to his current tenure, he was involved as a project geologist in the exploration discoveries and resource development of Midas Gold’s world class Golden Meadows Deposit (Feasibility) in Idaho, USA and AQM Copper now TECK’s Zafranal Copper Deposit (Pre-Feasibility) in Peru.
He specializes in economic resource project evaluation, financial modelling, CAPEX estimation, and mining finance. Combined with his technical knowledge, he has a wealth of contacts in the financial sector including contacts in retail, institutional, corporate finance, research and venture capital. He also has extensive experience in project management, corporate promotion, and investor relations and has helped raise capital for several representative junior mining companies.
Brian Abraham

Brian Abraham is the Canada co-chair and a Global Lead for Dentons' Mining group. His practice involves all phases of mining from exploration, development and production through to reclamation. He provides advice on all forms of title reviews, options, leases, purchase and joint-venture agreements during the early phases of mineral exploration and permitting. He also advises on socioeconomic, engineering, consulting, construction, operator, equity and debt financing, smelter, processing agreements, and reclamation agreements. Brian advises clients and prepares opinions on complex legal mineral titles issues in BC, as well as litigation involving title matters, right-to-mine, valuation, expropriation matters and aboriginal issues.
Roland Butler

Roland Butler graduated from Memorial University in Newfoundland and Labrador (B.Sc., Geology) in 1996 and was the co-founder of Altius Minerals Corporation (ALS:TSX). He served as Vice President and Director of Altius from listing in October 1997 through to March 2010 and also served as CFO until 2003 and COO from 2007. During that time, he played an integral part in a successful business model of generating mineral exploration projects and pursuing joint venture and royalty agreements or creating new companies with third parties. Roland was also co-recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2008 by the Faculty of Business Administration, Memorial University on behalf of Altius Minerals Corporation. He is currently a director of Millrock Resources Inc. (TSXV:MRO), which is active in Alaska and Arizona.

Elmer Quivio is an exploration geologist with 26 years of experience in Peru’s mining and exploration industry. He has a diverse background in exploration for gold, copper, and zinc deposits gained from working at Teck, Vale, Nexa, Cominco, and Echo Bay Mines. His experience includes managing exploration teams dedicated to project generation. He has been responsible for generating and advancing numerous exploration prospects and made two discoveries in northern Peru that produced Cu and Mo mineral resources.
